Okay this is the third time I had to edit this journal because I forgot to even do a review of the PSP go. I have an unboxing video that I plan to put on youtube next month (or whenever I get my new computer once I move into my new house) so anyways here we go

It's go time. Just one look at that slogan and you'll be asking how long it took sony to come up with that.
Well here we are. After the accidental release of the Quore episode and the SCE Prez. stuttering the JP. price of the new PSP(Nicknamed by sony the worst kept secret of E3) any digital consumer would be drooling over the sleek and stylish new piece of hardware.

Looks:The system has a BEAUTIFUL outer design. Its sliding feature really makes it the most portable PlayStation. When I take the system to my school and church it seems to attract a LOT of attention. One of my friends at my school looked at her PSP-2000 imidiately saying something like "wow this PSP is ugly as hell but that ones so tiny and cute I want one!" and it is extremely tiny(and cute, but I dont think thats natural to say about a game console... with the EXCEPTION of console-tans,but even those are unnatural...). Take an iPod touch and put it on top of your PSP. The I pod touch is just a tiny bit bigger. thats right, PSP's are SMALL now!!! The buttons are also smaller making the amazing 5 song demo of rock band unplugged lite that came with the go(and saved itself by letting me make taco,fagio,chad warden and me and let me play my DLC of Iron Maiden's 'number of the beast' and Dream Theater's 'constant motion' ) nearly impossible to play. of course there is one incredible feature that lets that slide... and of course smaller buttons also makes the system look smaller and better so thats what gets the looks a 10.

Functionality: The system is every thing you'd expect from a PSP and more! You can still play your music on the EVEN LOUDER speakers(despite being smaller speakers), You can play your video's on the smaller, crisper and very much better screen(YT vids are not very blurry anymore, you can barely tell), and pictures also look even better.
The system uses bluetooth so you can now use your PSP to teether with cellphones AND even better you can now play your PSP... WITH A PS3 CONTROLLER!!!! Thank you sony. It makes Rock Band actually possible to play. And now you got 16GB's of internal memory(which can be boosted to 32GB's with a 16gig Memory Stick Micro) I mean the small size and better screen made this worth the 250 alone but 16gigs and PS3 controller conectivity. seriously this is like a dream machine!(Especialy now that sega confirmed the DC games coming to PSN!)
The games also play alot better too. No more scan lines on Disgaea 2. the color quality is also much better as proven by the 3D animations on the RBU demo. Also the first time you update it you get some new features, SenseMe and The Playlist option in music.Also it comes with an All-In-One USB Cable which lets you use it in your Computer, Charger, and any other special cords needed for the PSPgo. Its the best PSP functionality-wise

GAMES: The gaming is the most interesting aspect. It is both good and bad.
The good is this. No more UMD's. No more Breaking. No more carrying broken plastic around.
The Bad. Remember that 20-40 dollars you paid on that one game that you really really like and said"I'd totally pay for another copy" well you best be stayin' true to your word! Even if you already have the game you have to pay for it... AGAIN. nothing pisses me off more than spending 30 dollars on disgaea 2 and then having to pay an extra 30 dollars once I find out that its going up on PSN a month later! but its not the PSP go's fault... and then there is the fact that not all PSP games are up. but all my UMD games are! and so are all the ones I want are too!

but the best thing about it is this...
There have been two games that I've wanted for an EXTREMELY long time.I could never find those games. and guess what. they are up on PSN right now, both for 15 dollars(THANK YOU ATLUS!). It makes the PS store the most convenient thing ever. even though it took me 6 hours to download disgaea 1.

Thats about it. The games library is amazingly deep from racing games like the sonic rivals series or Gran Turismo to platformers like the upcoming littlebigplanet, Priny: can I really be the Hero? and the great platformers of Sega Genesis collection to RPG's like The Disgaea Series, Phantasy Star, Yygdra Union and Riviera the Promised land, and lets not forget the brutality of games like God of War: Chains of Olympus and your shooters-Resistance Retribution and some other shooters(I dont know that many shooters I get on PSN every day but I could care less about shooters!) Theres also supposed to be a new MGS game coming out for it. And lets not forget your PS1 classics!

Sony has made hands down the best game console Ive ever owned. Its like all consoles were water bottles and this one... this one is nestle pure life water. those other ones are like Aquafina and Deer park. this crap is NESTLE its the BEST its UNO. NUMBER ONE. BALLIN AS SHIT! perfect. it gets 30/30 or a win percentage of 100
